Confirm the route and application status
For an individual application, UNEDasiss asks for one PDF: identity document, payment evidence if applicable, end-of-stage certificate, the last two years of academic records if needed, then other relevant documents. Upload is available after the application leaves draft status.
The page does not state a universal file-size or page limit. Read the current portal field before choosing a compression target. Later verification or outstanding-document procedures remain separate.
Prepare ordinary scans without changing official records
Keep your original files. Use JPG or PNG scans with all edges, stamps and small print visible. In Images to PDF, arrange and rotate pages, then download the PDF. Check each page before continuing.
Do not process digitally signed, encrypted or interactive-form PDFs. The local PDF tools also reject annotations and attachments. Ask the institution how to submit protected records; do not remove their protections. A verification code is not a substitute for preserving the original.
Merge in the required order
Open Merge PDF and add the ordinary PDFs in the order described above. Check page order inside each input first. Download the merged result, reopen it and compare its page count with the input total.
Images to PDF and Merge PDF process files in your browser. Limits are 40 inputs, 30 MB total and 200 PDF pages; images have a 24-megapixel limit each. These are product limits, not UNEDasiss allowances.
Check the actual size and readability
If the portal shows a size limit and your result exceeds it, select a slightly smaller custom target in Compress PDF. Compression uploads the PDF to the server for processing; input is limited to 30 MB and 200 pages. A target is not a guarantee. Measure the downloaded result in bytes.
Compare all pages with the originals: names, grades, seals, codes and page edges must remain readable. Do not drop required pages or rasterize whole pages to force a smaller file. If quality is insufficient, improve the source scans or ask for guidance. Upload the checked file yourself and inspect any portal preview.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the upload unavailable? Check whether the application is still a draft; changing file size will not fix that state.
Does combining documents certify them? No. Conversion and merging do not provide translation, authentication or admission approval. Follow the official declaration and verification process.
Should I compress every file? No. Skip compression when the completed PDF already meets the current field limit and is readable.
What if I use a collaborating organisation? Ask that organisation for its own submission instructions before preparing or sending the documents.
