Check the requirement for the selected document
NADRA’s upload guide lists JPEG, JPG, PNG and PDF with a 7 MB file limit. It covers supporting documents such as passports and photographs; the required documents depend on the visa category. Read your current field instructions before preparing a file.
The guide does not specify a universal page count, resolution, attachment count or whether MB means decimal or binary units. Photograph fields can have additional requirements: do not turn a portrait into a PDF just because PDF appears in the general list.
Keep originals and group only related pages
Work on copies of ordinary scans. Preserve digitally signed, encrypted or interactive-form PDFs and ask the issuing body or visa support how to supply them. File conversion cannot replace a certified document or determine visa eligibility.
For several JPG/PNG scans of one requested document, use Images to PDF, arrange all pages, correct rotation and download. For separate ordinary PDFs belonging in the same field, use Merge PDF. Keep different document types separate and retain every required page.
Compress an oversized ordinary PDF
Open the compressor, select your PDF and enter a custom target. You can try 6.9 MB (6,900,000 bytes) as a working margin below 7 MB; this is our suggestion, not a NADRA rule. Download the result and check its actual byte size and target status. If it already fits and is readable, skip compression.
Compression accepts up to 30 MB and 200 pages, runs on the server and uses temporary private Vercel Blob storage. It rejects encrypted, digitally signed and interactive-form PDFs. A selected target is not a promise: do not remove evidence or rasterise whole pages to force a smaller result.
Inspect the file before uploading
Compare the result with the original: page count, order, orientation and readable names, passport numbers, dates and stamps. Zoom in on small text. Recheck the downloaded file size on your device. A file below the limit is still unsuitable if essential details are blurred.
Assembly tools run locally in your browser, with up to 40 inputs, 30 MB total input and 200 PDF pages; each image must be within 24 megapixels. PDF inputs with annotations, attachments, signatures, forms or encryption are unsupported. Converting images can increase size and does not repair blur or perform OCR. If a usable result cannot fit, seek instructions from the receiving service.
Return to the official visa account
The guide’s sequence is to select Supporting Document Type, choose the file and click Upload. Use View to inspect the attached document, then SAVE after the mandatory documents are attached. Follow the current account interface if its labels or requirements differ.
This guide prepares files only. PDFMinto does not log in, submit documents or guarantee upload success or visa acceptance. Keep originals so you can supply them when requested.
Frequently asked questions
Should I combine the whole application? No. Only combine pages when the selected document field requires them together.
Can I convert the visa photograph to PDF? Follow the photograph field’s own format and image specifications; the general format list is not enough to decide.
What if the compressed PDF remains too large? Check that the source is an ordinary supported PDF. If further processing makes details unreadable, stop and ask visa support for an acceptable option.
Does 7 MB apply to every future application? This is the limit in the verified, undated guide. Recheck the current visa category and upload field before submitting.
