Check the limits for your register form
The council’s register-form FAQ permits up to 13 attachments, no more than 10 MB each and 15 MB in total. PDF, JPG and PNG are among the accepted formats. This concerns register forms, not every municipal upload service. The FAQ does not specify a page limit or an exact byte definition of MB.
1. Keep each required document complete
Follow the material list for your actual procedure. Keep originals and separate document categories. For a multi-page ordinary supporting scan, put all pages in order. Use Images to PDF for JPG/PNG pages or Merge PDF for parts of the same document. Do not merge unrelated evidence simply to reduce the attachment count. These preparation tools run in the browser.
2. Check each file and the combined size
Add the actual byte sizes of all files you plan to attach. Two PDFs of 8 MB each satisfy the individual ceiling but exceed the combined ceiling. Choose a size budget for each ordinary PDF so that every file and the entire set fit, leaving a small margin for rounding. PDFMinto uses 1 MB = 1,000,000 bytes; this is not an official definition of the council’s limit.
Compress only files that need it. Compression uploads them to the server; temporary processing files are deleted when the task ends. Input is limited to 30 MB and 200 pages. The chosen target is not guaranteed. Do not delete required pages or sacrifice readability to force a smaller result.
3. Reopen the saved files, then attach them
Check the downloaded bytes and recompute the total. Compare page count, order, small text, dates and stamps with the originals. If a file is unclear or still too large, return to its source export or ask the council for instructions.
The FAQ says the attachment step appears after completing the request form and choosing Continuar. Add documents with the green + button. Review the actual form before signing and registering in the official service. PDFMinto does not sign, submit or certify your request.
FAQ and boundaries
Can I compress a signed certificate or fillable form? No. Signed, encrypted and interactive-form PDFs are unsupported. Local PDF tools also reject annotations and attachments. Preserve the original electronic document and ask the issuing body or council how to submit it.
Can I split a document to bypass 15 MB? Splitting does not reduce the combined bytes and can increase the file count. Do not assume multiple submissions are allowed. The FAQ describes adding documentation to a previously submitted request; follow the instructions for your actual case.
Are the product limits municipal allowances? No. Local tools accept up to 40 inputs, 30 MB total and 200 PDF pages; each image is limited to 24 megapixels. These limits do not replace the council’s 13-file ceiling. No DPI, compression result or institutional acceptance is guaranteed.
