For 평면조형 and 사진예술, the guide requires 20 independent works in one PDF, one work per page, exactly 20 pages and no additional cover. Size, technique and year belong below each work image. The guide explicitly excludes files of 10 MB or more, so stay below 10 MB rather than exactly at the boundary.
The stated email arrival window is 28 September–2 October 2026, ending at 18:00 on the final day. Only the portfolio uses email; other required documents use registered post. Follow the official address, subject example and any later admissions notice. This guide does not determine eligibility or extend the deadline.
Prepare complete pages before combining them
Keep your full-quality originals. Add the required captions in your authoring application and export complete pages first: PDFMinto does not add text or design a portfolio. For already-captioned JPG/PNG pages, Images to PDF can arrange and rotate them. Use fit-to-image when preserving the prepared layout matters; recheck the export.
If the finished pages are separate ordinary PDFs, merge them in the intended order. Do not add a cover or remove a required work to meet the size limit. Count independent works separately from pages: the tool cannot judge artistic eligibility or whether images represent distinct works.
Try a smaller target on the complete PDF
If the PDF is too large, try a custom target of 9.8 MB (9,800,000 bytes). This is a suggested working margin, not a school requirement or a guarantee. Download the result and check actual bytes; a selected target alone proves nothing. Skip compression if the original already fits and displays correctly.
Compression uploads the file directly to the server; temporary processing files are cleaned up when the task ends. Inputs up to 30 MB and 200 pages are supported. It may reduce embedded-image detail. Keep encrypted, digitally signed or interactive-form PDFs unchanged; they are unsupported. Do not rasterise whole pages or delete required material to force a smaller result.
Inspect all 20 pages at useful magnification
Compare every result page with the original. Check colour, fine texture, gradients, small lines and every caption, as well as orientation and order. A technically small file is unsuitable if the portfolio no longer represents your work accurately. If detail degrades, return to the authoring application and export more carefully, or ask admissions for guidance.
Images to PDF and Merge PDF run locally in the browser: up to 40 inputs, 30 MB total and 200 PDF pages, with each image limited to 24 megapixels. PDF inputs with annotations, attachments, signatures, forms or encryption are unsupported. These product limits do not replace the school’s 20-page requirement.
Check the saved attachment before sending it yourself
Open the exact downloaded file that you intend to attach, confirm 20 pages, check its byte size and verify the required captions. Keep the source and final copy. Follow the official submission instructions yourself and check later notices before sending. PDFMinto does not email the school or guarantee timely receipt, review or admission.
The source does not state a universal scan DPI or colour profile for these two tracks. Do not invent one. Other Fine Arts tracks have different physical or USB requirements, so this PDF workflow must not be applied to them automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Can I submit exactly 10 MB? The guide’s exclusion wording covers 10 MB and above; aim below it and verify bytes.
Can I make 19 pages by removing one work? No. This track-specific guide requires 20 independent works on 20 pages.
Can PDFMinto add artwork captions? No. Finish the captions in your authoring software before conversion or merging.
Does a successful compression mean the school accepts the file? No. You must check visual quality, requirements, receipt and the current admissions notices.
