Start with the official document list
ADJD’s supplier registration page requires PDF attachments, each no larger than 15 MB, with current registration documents. Examples include a trade licence and a company profile. Check the complete official list for your business category; this guide covers file preparation only.
Keep each document associated with its intended upload field. Do not assume that 15 MB is a combined application allowance or that every document belongs in one PDF. The service page does not state a universal page count, resolution or attachment-count limit.
Separate ordinary scans from protected originals
Keep your original documents unchanged and work on copies. If an issued certificate or authorisation carries a digital signature, encryption or an interactive form, preserve it and ask the issuer or receiving institution for an acceptable alternative. Do not flatten or remove protection to force it through a PDF tool.
A scanned ink signature is different from a cryptographic signature, but that does not make a scan equivalent to a certified original. File conversion cannot supply certification, establish validity or correct missing registration evidence.
Create one PDF for the pages of one document
For JPG or PNG scans of one document, open Images to PDF, put every required page in order, correct rotation, choose A4 or fit-to-image, and download the PDF. For separate ordinary PDF pages belonging to the same document, use Merge PDF only when the destination field calls for one file.
These tools assemble files locally in the browser. Limits are 40 inputs, 30 MB total input and 200 PDF pages; each image must be within 24 megapixels. PDF inputs with annotations, including link annotations, attachments, signatures, forms or encryption are unsupported. Image conversion can increase size and does not perform OCR or repair blurred scans.
Compress only an oversized ordinary PDF
If your ordinary PDF exceeds the portal limit and is within PDFMinto’s 30 MB input and 200-page limits, open the compressor and choose a custom target. A target of 14.9 MB (14,900,000 bytes) is an optional working margin we suggest, not an ADJD requirement. Start processing and check the actual output size and target status.
Compression runs on the server and uses temporary private Vercel Blob storage. It rejects encrypted, digitally signed and interactive-form PDFs. Keep all required pages: do not delete evidence or rasterise entire pages to manufacture a smaller result. If the target is not reached, retain the original and seek an acceptable alternative rather than assuming the upload will succeed.
Review the result before returning to registration
Open the downloaded file, count the pages and compare their order with the source. Zoom in on names, dates, licence numbers, stamps and fine print. Check the file’s actual byte size on your device, not merely the target you selected. Repeat for every attachment.
A small but unreadable file is not a successful preparation. If the source is blurred, obtain a clearer scan. If a source exceeds our input limits or needs protection preserved, use an appropriate offline workflow or ask ADJD for instructions. Follow the registration link on the official page and check the current field instructions before uploading. PDFMinto does not submit applications or guarantee acceptance.
Frequently asked questions
Should I merge the entire application? No. Group pages only when they belong in the same requested attachment; keep different fields separate.
Can I upload a JPG instead? The verified service page specifies PDF. Images to PDF can prepare ordinary JPG/PNG scans, subject to the document’s requirements.
Does compression make a certificate valid? No. It changes file size, not authenticity, expiry or eligibility.
What if a PDF is already below the limit? Keep it if the format and readability are suitable; unnecessary processing adds no benefit.
