Combine PDFs in your chosen order, then optionally compress the result to a target size.
Prepare the right files
Start with the receiving portal’s checklist. Put the application first and its supporting evidence after it. Use short test documents if you are unsure of the order.
Check quality and order
Pages are copied without turning text into images. Page sizes and rotation are retained; document bookmarks and attachments are not carried over.
Merging does not necessarily make a smaller file. Check the actual byte size after export; if the portal accepts only one file below 2 MB, use the target-size compressor next. Keep the individual originals.
Prepare the final submission
Click Merge PDF and download your combined file.
Need a smaller file? Continue in a new tab. Your file is uploaded only when you click Compress.
