How to turn photos and receipts into a submission-ready PDF

Turn JPG and PNG photos into an ordered PDF with image-sized or A4 pages.

Prepare the right files

Use a sharp photo taken straight above the document. Remove unrelated background in your photo editor first. This tool does not automatically crop, straighten perspective or enhance blurry text.

Check quality and order

Images are decoded and embedded as PNG; no OCR is performed. A4 fits each image inside margins without cropping. The result may be larger than the original photos.

For receipts and multi-page letters, arrange the images in reading order. Check all four corners and the smallest numbers. If you need searchable text, image conversion alone is insufficient; you need a separate OCR tool.

Prepare the final submission

Check the downloaded file, page count and order before submitting it. No target size has been applied.

Opens the compression tool in a new tab. Review its server-processing privacy notice and choose a target size. Files above 30 MB must be reduced or split first.
